Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by all major credit & debit cards through Paypal Payments, we accept Paypal Website Payments and also personal cheque. However cheques will be cleared before items are dispatched.

* Please note you do not need to have a Paypal account to make a payment through Paypal.
Shipping And Handling

UK Mainland

All UK Mainland deliveries are dispatched using the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery service, which will require a signature upon receipt. Royal Mail aim to deliver via this service within 1 business day.

FREE DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £99.00

We aim to dispatch all garments within 24 hours of order receipt providing the order is placed between Sunday Midnight and Friday Midday.

Urgent orders can be sent via the Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service. These items will be received before 1pm on the next working day, however Royal Mail do not include Saturday morning as part of this service. Items ordered on Friday before midday will be received on Monday.

European Delivery

All European deliveries are dispatched using the Royal Mail Airmail Delivery service which is not trackable - if you require a trackable service please contact us for a quotation. Royal Mail aim to deliver via this service within 3 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is out of stock we can back order for you. However, you will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Currently we are not required to charge UK VAT on our products.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted providing the garment is returned within 14 days of receipt and are in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment. Garments not returned within the 14 day return period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Do not try on garments in a smoky atmosphere or whilst wearing perfume or deodorant as these may mark the garments. Please also ensure the tags on the garment remain attached, if there are any signs of the garment being worn a refund will not be issued.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept the following items back for Refund /Exchange -
" Underwear (if the protective sticker has been removed)
" Toiletries and fragrances (if protective wrapper has been removed )
" Swimwear (if the protective sticker has been removed)

Sale items that are returned are eligible for an exchange or refund, however on sale items the returns period is 7 days and not our usual 14 days.

Once the item is returned back in to our office we aim to process your return within 24 hours .You should then allow an additional 14 working days for your refund to be completed.

If you are returning for an exchange, once the item is returned back in to our office we aim to process and send out your exchange within one working day. If we no longer have the exchange item you are requesting a refund will be issued.

In the unlikely event of your return going missing please send us your proof of postage to enable us to process a claim for your missing parcel.

If for some reason you receive a faulty item return it back to us and we will happily send you a replacement and cover the cost of any returns postage.
